This class is a moment dedicated to men' s health. We celebrate MOVEMENT in NOVEMBER; classes will only be available the 24-25-26 of November. In the class you will participate at 1 to 4 Challenges: Long Jump, Chin Up hold test, 20 Burpees for time, and a Mobility for all test; and surely you will have tons of fun. The winners in each gym will get rewarded, and all participants and BFIT members will be invited to participate at our Grand Finale, the 28th of November. Ask more info in your BFIT Gyms.
