Sanskrit term Vinyasa means flow. 45 minutes of paced sequential movement between postures, co-ordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends and if the level of the participants permits, for adapted inversions. Practice ends with cooling down poses which allows final relaxation and recovery. Finish off your practice with a deep 15 min Yoga Nidra session (the yogi's sleep).

Have all the usual aqua fun but to a choreographed routine that we build upon week by week as we improve and become fitter. Intermediate/Advanced levels only.
