A weekly guided meditation session working on rest and recovery for both mind and body. We will teach you how to take advantage of our parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system to help enhance performance and reduce the risks of injury. The Sound Therapy is used to encourage mindfulness, self-awareness and is calming for the body, which in turn can encourage healing through stress relief.
